Exchange & Upgrades policy
-Within 30 days of purchase
Can be exchanged for diamond jewellery equal to the invoiced amount of the jewellery item.
-After 30 days and within 1 year of purchase
Can be upgraded to new diamond jewellery after deduction for remodeling costs, and without exceeding 25%of the invoiced amount, and the value of the new diamond jewellery selected should exceed the amount offered for old jewellery
-After1 year of purchase
Can be upgraded to new diamond jewellery and will be valued for upgrade according to market value of the material content, and the value of the new diamond jewellery selected should exceed the amount offered for old jewellery
Important conditions
- Jewellery for exchange within 30 days must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage.
- Jewellery can be exchange only once within the 30 days time period from the original date of purchase.
- Exchange or upgrade of jewellery is permitted only upon presentation of the original Zen Diamond purchase invoice or a proof of purchase.
- Verification and valuation of jewellery for upgrade or exchange might take up to 10 days.
- No refund is applicable unless if a manufacturing defect is evident within 3 days of purchase and can`t be repaired or replaced.
- Any charges incurred by Zen diamond in the transaction including, credit card charges, will be deductible in the approved refund cases.
- The exchange & upgrade policy does not apply to watches, pearl jewellery or custom made jewellery.
- Jewellery can be exchanged only in the same country of purchase.

-خلال 30 يوم من الشرا ء
يمكن استبدالها بمجوهرات ماسيه مساوية للقيمه المذكورةفي فاتورة الشراء
-بعد 30 يوم وخلال عام واحد من الشرا ء
يمكن استبدالها بمجوهرات ماسيه جديدة بعد استقطاع تكاليف اعاده التصنيع بما لايزيد عن 25 %من المبغ المذكور
في فاتورة الشراء ويجب ان تزيد قيمة المجوهرات المسية الجديده المختاره عن المبلغ المعروض للمجوهرات
المستبدله
-بعد عام من الشراء
يمكن استبدالهه باخرى ماسيه بعد ان يتم تقييمها حسب ماتحتويه من مواد خام تبعا لاسعار السوق الشراء ويجب ان
تزيد قيمة المجوهرات المسية الجديده المختاره عن المبلغ المعروض للمجوهرات المستبدله
شروط هامه
المجوهرات المطلوب استبدالها خلال 30 يوم يجب ان تكون على حا لتها الاصليه وقت الشراء
يمكن تبديل المجوهرات مرة واحده خلال فتره 30 يوم من تارخ الشراء الاصلي
يجب تقديم فاتوره شراء زن دايموند الاصليه او اي دليل على الشراء لاستبدال او ترقيه المجوهرات
قد تستغرق عمليه تقييم المجوهرات من اجل الاستبدال او الترقيه 10 ايام كحد اقصى
استرجاع القيمه المدفوعه نقدا غير وارد الا في حال ظهور عيوب تصنيع غير قابله للاصلاح او التبديل
في حال الموافقه على اعادة القيمه سوف يتم خصم اي رسوم مترتبه على عمليه الشراء او الاسترجاع او
رسوم بطاقه الائتمان
ان سياسه التبديل او الترقيه هذه لا تنطبق على الساعات ومجوهرات اللؤلؤ اوالمجوهرات المصنعه حسب
الطلب
تطبق هذه الشروط فقط في نفس بلد الشراء
