We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE through trusted carriers such as UPS and DHL, known for their reliability and secure tracking capabilities.

Signature Requirements

Due to evolving carrier policies, DHL and UPS may not always require a signature upon delivery. Please arrange for someone to be available at the shipping destination to receive your order safely.

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

For UAE orders, an estimated delivery date is shown on each product page.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff time (Monday–Friday) begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

Can’t be home to receive your order? We can ship to:

• Your workplace
• Another verified address

For high-value orders, we may require additional verification of payment and shipping details as a security measure. To avoid delays, we recommend ensuring that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Delivery Methods

Your shipping method is based on your order value and will be displayed during checkout. If available, you may upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Note:Zen Diamond ships only to physical street addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
