Refund, Exchange & Upgrade Policy

Within 10 days: Returns are accepted for website purchases in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.

Within 30 days: Exchange for diamond jewellery equal to the invoiced amount.

30 days–1 year: Upgrade to new diamond jewellery, subject to a remodeling deduction of up to 25%.

After 1 year: Upgrade based on the market value of the material content.

Conditions: Jewellery must be in original, unused condition for exchange within 30 days. Original invoice or proof of purchase is required. Valuation may take up to 10 days. No refunds unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 3 days and cannot be repaired or replaced. Policy excludes watches, pearl and custom-made jewellery. Exchanges are valid only in the country of purchase.
